<p>Situated in Lanseria, next to Lanseria Airport, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, lovely gardens, trees and the Jukskei River, we offer a selection of different Accommodation Units, two event Venues to hold all types of events and Team Building, and a Conference Room. We have increased our solar capacity substantially for the convenience of our guests and have fireplaces in all our Units except for Guinea Fowl Rooms which have controlled aircon at 25 degrees, keeping the rooms at a comfortable temperature. All rooms have hot blankets and additional blankets for the winter months.</p>

<p>In 2025 we have done three major upgrades to the Hadeda family Unit.  Firstly, we revamped the bathroom and took out the old bath and shower, also replacing the floor and wall tiling and putting in a double rain shower.  Once that was completed, we removed the big old cupboards and put in some modern shelving and hanging space.  The final addition was a wood-burner fireplace, which works superbly to warm up the unit in winter, keeping the guest warm and toasty.  Situated in Lanseria, next to the Cradle of Humankind, there are an abundance of activities close by.</p>

<p>Our new Hlala Lapha Conference Room, conveniently situated next to Lanseria Airport, has now held a couple very successful overnight events.  We hope to hold more during this year! The Conference Room, along with the lovely relaxed surrounding ambiance, all contribute to a successful, happy and relaxed outcome.  To top it off, our catering has been described as outstanding.</p>

<p>We found that very often we have a group booking, which included our four Guinea Fowl Rooms 1,2,3 and 4 and that a covered braai area, onto these rooms, would be an asset.  So, we first put in the roofing, then added a braai and washing up sink and table area, where we have also put in a plug point for low music.  After that we added in the paving and seating area.  This area overlooks our orchard and a view through the lovely trees in the garden.  Finally, and not done yet, we will put in a reed and material ceiling, more benches and some tables.  Protected from the weather, it has proved to be a good 'get together' area for guests to have a drink, something to eat and catch-up with their friends .....</p>
