Improvements

In light of the ongoing Eskom load shedding, I think that one of the single most amazing improvements at Hills and Dales Accommodation has been the installment of our Solar System.  Our Office and bookings run smoothly and without interruption and our guests are happy with lights, wifi and TV, which remains uninterrupted.  We have added in a little gas stove with a whistling kettle so that a cup of tea or coffee can also be made during these outages and each Unit has a braai facility.  Our next step will be to add another battery or two, as well as another set of solar panels so that we can add all the fridges onto the solar system for those occasional long haul outages when a major fault occurs in amongst the load shedding.
