The Starling is situated above its garage and offers the following :

- Enclosed verandah leading onto the deck
- Master bedroom and guest bedroom, with either king or single beds
- bathroom with shower over bath, bath and toilet
- spacious lounge with bunk bed
- dining area with six-seater dining room table
- fully stocked kitchen
- Garage
- Complimentary Wi-Fi, DSTV, tea tray and biscuits
