Perched upstairs with sweeping views of the river and hills, Starling Lodge offers a spacious and inviting escape. The enclosed verandah opens onto a deck furnished with deck chairs and a weber braai—perfect for sundowners or that peaceful early morning coffee.
Inside, the lodge comfortably sleeps four in two bedrooms, with flexible arrangements to accommodate up to six guests:
- A master bedroom with either a king-size bed or two singles
- A second bedroom with two singles or a king-size bed
- A bunk bed in the roomy lounge
- Additional beds can be added to the lounge upon request
The open-plan living space includes a cozy fireplace, a dining room that seats six, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The garage is located directly beneath the unit and connects via a private staircase leading up to the verandah.

- Hlala Lapha Splash & Swimming Pool - Guests are welcome to enjoy the splash and swimming pool whenever it’s not exclusively booked for a private function.
